Resource packs
Thank you for visiting the 'small c' website. If you'd like to support our campaign, you can order one of our resource packs that include symptom checkers and handy breast awareness reminders, and we'll send them to you in the post (quantities may be limited depending on your requirements). Just let us know what you want. To order a pack, please email the Leaflet Distribution Service for NHS East London and the City at hiel@elc.nhs.uk or fax 020 7092 5408, and we will send your pack free of charge.

Resource packs available
For supporters of the breast campaign
This pack includes a folder that contains A4 posters with the TLC message, leaflets with symptom checker and details on how to check breasts, mirror stickers and a travel card wallet.
For supporters of the lung campaign
This pack includes a folder that contains A4 posters with the cough, cough, cough message, and symptom checker cards. Stickers are also available on request.
